All operations are automatically re-exported from
``metatensor.operations.<xxx>`` as ``metatensor.<xxx>`` when using the Python
backend; and as ``metatensor.torch.<xxx>``` when using the :ref:`TorchScript
backend <operations-and-torch>`.
